Matariki marks the Maaori New Year in Aotearoa, signalled by the rising of the Matariki star cluster. It is a special time to remember those who have passed, celebrate the present, and look ahead to the future, a season of reflection, connection, and new beginnings.

To honour this meaningful time, you’re warmly invited to join us for a Matariki celebration.

Bring your whaanau and come along for a fun-filled day with games, plenty of laughter, and time to connect with one another.

Please bring a plate of kai to share.

This event is open to Tauira, Liaison Teachers, Associate Teachers, member Centres and their whaanau.

A time for celebration, remembrance, whanaungatanga.
