As Kaiako, Lauren is responsible for supporting tauira to study and gain qualifications in a range of Early Childhood programmes offered at Te Rito Maioha. She is committed to providing tailored support to postgraduate students in the leadership space, and facilitating their advanced studies.

Lauren brings over 15 years of dedicated involvement in the field of Early Childhood Education, she has progressed through various roles and engaged in study that has shaped her perspectives. Working alongside inspiring wāhine has been a highlight for her career.

Lauren’s research interests are based around emphasising the intersection of educational futurism, equity, and innovation in shaping the future of education.
