Juliette has over 12 years of experience in early childhood education, holding a variety of teaching, leadership, and student support roles across Aotearoa and internationally. Throughout her career, she has worked as an Early Childhood Educator, Head Teacher, Pasifika Community Playgroup Co-founder, Student Support ECE Coordinator, and Head of an Early Childhood Education Department overseas.

As a lifelong learner, Juliette is currently studying towards a Master of Educational Leadership, further developing knowledge and skills in transformational leadership, educational change, and culturally responsive practice.
