Te Tiriti o Waitangi ma te mohio and Te Tiriti o Waitangi  ka mahia. This is a series of 2 workshops that celebrate what we already know about Te Tiriti o Waitangi. What you know becomes the foundation to learning, understanding and appreciating more of our country's founding document. This is a very practical learning journey that intends to mitigate the emotional histories to focus on the original nature and intent in order to move forward as agents of positive change. Nau mai, haramai e hika ma!

This is a series of 2 workshops that celebrate what we already know about Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Facilitator:  Ra Keelan, Pouako - Gisborne |Tūranga-nui-a-kiai REC. Ra's approach is grounded within Te Ao Maori, Kaupapa Maori simply because 'ko au he Maori, he Maori awau'

 

Facilitator:  Roimata Rocx, Lecturer | Kaiako. Roimata began her teaching journey in 2007.Her teaching philosophy and practice is based on aroha, manaakitanga, respect for tamariki, whanau and hāpori.

 

 

Facilitator:  Rebecca Pa , Regional Education Leader | Kaiārahi Matauranga ā Rohe, T – Rebecca believes all kaiako should be provided with high quality learning opportunities to be able to provide the best for our tamariki connection to te Ao Maori.
