Te Rito Maioha Early Childhood New Zealand (ECNZ) is a dynamic bicultural organisation, committed to supporting high quality early childhood education through advocacy and teacher education.

The Student and Administration Services Coordinator and Coordinator Practicum are responsible for:

  • providing an excellent level of service to our customers (students, ECE Community, staff)
  • responding to their information requests and enquiries in a helpful and timely manner
  • providing end to end administration services related to student applications, enrolment, re-enrolment, fees
  • for the Coordinator Practicum role, a key focus will be time for organising, administering, and building key relationships for practicum visits nationwide
  • troubleshooting admin and ICT related issues

To do either of these roles, you will need all of these qualities:

  • high energy and ‘can do’ attitude – both roles can be fast paced, with crucial deadlines
  • dedicated to providing fantastic customer service
  • technology smarts – ability to adapt quickly to new software and work through issues
  • Experienced in customer service, administration or similar 
  • friendly and helpful telephone manner
  • excellent time management skills
  • great attention to detail
  • able to work quickly and to a high level of quality
