Leadership that leads to quality
Quality matters and has a profound impact on children. What does quality in early childhood programmes look like and how can we enable this to take hold and become a reality? This professional development programme supports those in leadership positions including directors and room leaders to enable quality practices. Quality is a highly debatable term and what it looks like will vary from centre to centre. Effective leadership can be a great catalyst to support and embed quality. Why? Because leadership makes a difference.
If you are eager, interested and committed to improving quality across your workplace then come on a unique journey with Anthony Semann and Dr Janis Carroll-Lind as we play with, unpack and plan for excellence at all levels of what takes place in an early childhood programme.
In this session you will build your leadership skills and understandings of quality in order to make your organisation one defined as innovative, evidence-based and of high quality.
(This workshop is a repeat of the successful event held in December 2015.)
