Kathy believes strongly that every child
in New Zealand deserves the highest possible quality early childhood
education and is committed to strongly advocate this position on behalf
of the organisation.

Brent brings financial and management expertise to Te Rito Maioha and has worked in the commercial, not-for-profit and government sectors both in Aotearoa New Zealand and Europe.

Arapera brings to the organisation the ability to work confidently not only within the Māori community but also across the diverse cultures that exist within the wide Auckland region.

Nikki has extensive experience in teacher education, governance and leadership and has held leadership roles in several early childhood organisations.

Carolyn has held a number of HR roles in both NZ and overseas, in the public and private sector. Her true passion is working with staff to help them reach their potential.

A commitment to raising the quality of ECE for all learners brought Janis to her present position with Te Rito Maioha ECNZ.

Rosina has worked in the early childhood sector many years, first as a teacher and then as a director of a large community childcare trust.
